About This Act :

Previously named as MutantX, the band was determined to make songs about life and its sorrow. Eventually, they ended up with a thought that the previous name they had sounded too 'not local' or so 'not Indonesia'. Therefore they changed it into JERUJI; the word they assumed represents the country better.
They spent their first years (1997-1998) underground. They went from stage to stage, til they finally released their first album on 1988; Freedom. In late 2003, there goes the last formation of the band: Aldonny "Themfuck", Heru, Robby, Sanny and Opick. After that, they produced many songs and did many shows around.
